Certified Home Health Aide – Home Attendant Program

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Certified Home Health Aide (Required)

• We offer full Protective Equipment to practice Universal Precautions.

Responsibilities

• Light Housekeeping – Meal Preparation, shopping, laundry.
• Personal Hygiene- Bathing, dressing, feeding.
• Escort to appointments and run errands as needed.

• 2 forms of ID (i.e. State ID, Driver’s License, Passport)
• Social Security Card
• Current and valid Home Health Aide (HHA)
• 2 reference letters (if there is home care experience)
• 3 reference letters (if there is no home care experience)

As part of the hiring process, the following will be scheduled:

• Physical
• Immunizations Lab Results for (Rubella & Rubeola)
• PPD and/or Chest X-Ray Lab Report
• Current 10 panel drug screen
