The ever-increasing aging population underscores the need for effective "lifestyle" programs that address the needs of the elderly. As a result, the Foundation's senior citizen housing and social service programs have served as models for the international community. Representatives of like-minded programs throughout the United States and the world - including Australia, Canada, Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, the People's Republic of China, and Russia - have established relationships to share knowledge and "best practices" on programs for seniors.
